DESCRIPTION:
Remotely configure, monitor and control serial devices over the internet with the Xpress DR+ Wireless. This Wired or Wireless Industrial Device Server is a versatile and powerful tool for remote management of automation and assembly/packaging equipment at manufacturing sites, automated distribution centers, refinery plant or any industrial facility. If your equipment has a serial port you can access and control it from anywhere over the internet.

Supporting two serial ports and one 10/100 Ethernet port and one 802.11b/g Wireless port, the XPress-DR+ Wireless enables multiple industrial serial devices to be daisy chained (cascaded) from a single network backbone connection. This design saves time and money by avoiding unnecessary cable runs and eliminates serial cable distance limitations. With flexible configuration options, the XPress DR+ wireless can be set up locally using the serial port or remotely over Ethernet or an 802.11b/g network.

Perfect for the industrial environment, the XPress DR+ wireless is packaged in a rugged DIN-rail mount case and equipped with isolated serial and Ethernet ports and has screw terminal connectors for serial and power. It is FM-approved for hazardous locations Class 1, Div. 2.
